Half bowl – Wheat flour
2 Spoon sprouts
1 Green chilli
2 Pinch of salt
Step by step preparation:
For preparation of Sprouts cheela I took half a bowl wheat flour to mix it with water to prepare batter. I then mixed some pieces of a green chili and some salt according to the taste. I greased the oil on the pan and kept the batter on the pan to prepare cheela. I sprinkled some sprouts and then mixed it with the cheela and with mint and coriander chutney served it.
