Brief Description: We are under a situation where it is risky to have outside food. We miss the street food under this situation. Hence I thought of making a street style corn bhel. It’s just corn, tomato, masalas, puri and coriander. It’s is very interesting and easy to make and in this rains it’s just an amazing dish to eat. Perfect for weather and current situation.
List of Ingredients: Corn , Coriander, Tomato, Masalas, Puri, Butter
Step by step preparation:
1. Take a bowl, add 1 cup corn , add 1 cup of Tomatoes, 1 spoon butter, 1 spoon amchur powder, 1 spoon chat masalas, 1spoon chilly powder, 1 spoon coriander, 2 smashed puris, mix them all.
2. Garnish it with coriander sev and a little of corn in it. And in simple steps it’s ready.
