Use your cooking talent, show the world, that visually impaired can turn leftover food into something very special cuisine.

In your video you must demonstrate

• How you store cooked food safely
• Your recipe must be quick and easy to prepare
• How you use most of leftover food

2. Don’t waste – create! / Minimum Ingredients – Maximum Nutrition

Use your cooking talent, show the world, that visually impaired can cook nutritious testy food with minimum available ingredients.

In your video you must demonstrate

• Your recipe must be quick and easy to prepare
• Ingredients must be easily available at home

Your recipes will be judged keeping in mind the following:

• Creativity
• Originality
• Simplicity
• Nutritional value
• Innovativeness

Eligibility Criteria

• You must be a Visually Impaired.
• You must be 18 years or older on June 10th, 2020.
• You must be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the INDIA.
• All applications must be submitted on-line.
• You cannot be currently working as a Professional Chef, nor worked before.
• Answer all questions honestly and to the best of your ability.
• Submission of an application form and compliance with the above does not in any way constitute an offer to appear on the contest. In reviewing the information you will provide as part of the screening process, all relevant circumstances will be considered. The Golden Eye Chef team’s decisions regarding selection to the contest will be final.

Rules and Regulations

• You can send more than one recipe for the contest.
• The entries should be clearly written – List of ingredients with specific quantities to be used. Step-wise method of preparation and cooking.
• Video of cooking should be clearly explained.
  • Guidelines for video presentation
    • The maximum duration of the video should not exceed 25 minutes.
    • Explain clearly why you chose this recipe.
    • The video must contain information about the ingredients used during cooking.
    • The entire cooking process has to be clearly explained in the video.
    • Dish presentation must be included.
    • You can use mobile camera or any other video recorder to shoot the video, you just need to remember that video must be in landscape format /view and voice and video quality should be ok.
• You have to do the cooking at your home kitchen and use only easily available ingredients.
• Any kind of help while cooking will not allowed.
• You can take others help to make a video.
• A panel of judges will select the winner. Their decision would be final and not open to debate by the contestant.

The details of winner will be announced by email, WhatsApp and also on our website.

• Read rules and regulations carefully
• File name of your entry must have your mobile number and category name
  (for example – 6399900012-Dish_Name.mov)
• Download Entry Form, Fill and email us at goldeneyechef@antardrishti.org along with your entry video and disability certificate.
