Dish Name: Roti Pasta
Brief Description: Waste rotis are usually of eaten by mother’s in the family, and kids they do not even touch it. I have a kid in my family, she doesn’t eat left over. So I decided to make something which she loves and she eats. So I made roti pasta, I cut the roti in shape of spaghetti pasta and put in all the vegetables so that it is healthy as well. She loved it and ate complete bowl as soon as I completed my recipe. Thank you Golden Eye, because of you she didn’t understand that it’s roti and ate it completely.
List of Ingredients:
Left over rotis
Milk
Capsicum
Carrot
Maida
Oregano
Chilly flax
Cheese
Ghee
Step by step preparation:
1. Cut the roti in shape of spaghetti pasta, hot a pan, put 1spoon ghee and 2 spoons maida and half cup milk.
2. After it thicks put all vegetables in it, along with oregano chilly flaxe and pepper powder 1 spoon each.
3. Add the chopped rotis in it and tadaa it’s ready.
