Dish Name: Rice Idli
Brief Description: Stale Rice and some suji is used in this dish, I prepared this dish because in left over theme I had stale rice so I prepared it.
List of Ingredients:
1. Stale Rice
2. Suji
3. Curd
4. Salt
5. Coriander Leaf
Step by step preparation:
1. Grind the stale rice.
2. Mix the suji in water for some time.
3. Both ingredients mix
4. Mix the salt
5. Mix the curd
6. Put the ghee on palm and idli maker
7. Made the balls & put them in idli maker
8. Close the idli maker & put it on the pan and pan was put on flame
9. Idli was cooked in the steam and then served.
