Dish Name: Sweet Corn Chilla
Brief Description: I like to eat Besan chilla but I love to eat Sweet Corn Chilla with Spicy Green Chutney. I tried some change in besan chilla to give more taste, then I used sweet corn in it. Sweet corn gives sweet and yummy taste in it and it is fluffy-fluffy and soft chilla and its also more nutritious than besan chilla.
List of Ingredients:
1 cup boiled sweet corn, 1 cup besan, 2 spoon ginger green chilli paste, 50gm mint leaves, 1 tomato, ½ spoon red chilli powder, Salt as taste, oil as needed.
Step by step preparation:
Cooking Time – 25- 30 minutes.
1. Take a jar put in it tomato, Mint leaves, ginger green chilli paste, Red chilli powder, salt as taste and grind all these. 2. Now Grind sweet corn and put out in mixing bowl. 3. Put besan, ginger green chilli paste, red chilli powder, salt as taste in grinded sweet corn .Mix it well and make smooth batter. 4. Now take Tawa on medium flame and start making small chilla’s because this paste is so soft, if u make big size it will break when you turn it.
