Dish Name: Soyabeen Momos
Brief Description: As we know, momo’s are most likely dish now a days. But it’s unhygienic. If someone prefer to eat momo’s from somewhere outside, so I thought to make it at home.
List of Ingredients: • Green chillies – 4 • Ginger – 5gm • Onion – 1(medium size) • Soyabeen crumps – 100gm • Salt – according to taste • Garam masala – according to taste • Soya sauce – 2 tea spoon • Cooking Oil – 2 table spoon • Maida – 2 cups • Water
Step by step preparation:
• To make gravy (around 8-10 mins) Took the PAN over the gas stove, put 2 table spoon into it. Put cutted green chillies and ginger into it and fry it. Put cutted onion and fry it. Put soyabeen crumps into it and fry it. Put salt and garam masala, taste accordingly; 2 tea spoon soya sauce. Fry all these properly till the gravy’s colour turns upto golden brown.
• To make dough (2-3 mins)- Put 2 table spoon cooking oil into maida power. Make the dough properly by using water.
• To make momo (3-4 mins) Make 3 balls out of dough and rolled them in round shape, fill the gravy and make it close. Put 1/4th of water in the steamer, spread oil on steamer plate by hand and put all the 3 momo’s on it, and leave the dish to be steamed about 10-15 mins.
• After it momo’s are ready with red chilli sauce.
