Dish Name: Shahi Paratha
Brief Description: Shahi Paratha is made of Leftover Rice. It is completely healthy dish for your breakfast time. Everyone will love it. I made this Shahi Paratha for my son. He don’t eat rice so this another way I created for him so that he eat rice with another healthy ingredients. I am sure you all will love my creation. Enjoy!!!!
List of Ingredients:
1. 1 cup leftover rice
2. 1 cup Jwari floor , 1 cup Wheat floor
3. 2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander, 1 finely chopped Tomato and 1 cup grated coconut (for garnishing)
4. 10 green chillies (take chillies according to your taste)
5. 10 Garlic kalis (grated), 2 grated Ginger pieces of 2”
6. Jeera , Ajwain 1 tablespoon each
7. 1 cup white Teel
8. 2 boiled and smashed potatoes, 1 grated onion
9. 1 polithin 10. ½ cup Oil and 3 cup water
Step by step preparation:
1. Take Leftover Rice in a grinder jar and blend.
2. Take a bowl. Add Blended rice Jwari floor, wheat floor, ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, blended jeera and ajwain, White Teel, chopped coriander, a pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste and Mix well
3. Use water and make a dough.
4. Now take a thin polythene and spread some oil over it.
5. Now take a medium size dough ball and spread it over the polythene just like Chapati but by hands only and cook it on Tawa.
6. Turn the other side of Shahi paratha n cook both the side until it turns golden in colour.
7. Now take the Shahi Paratha in a plate and Serve it with fresh chopped coriander, tomato, and coconut.
8. And The Shahi Paratha is ready to eat.
