Dish Name: Rice Manchurian
Brief Description: I have selected this recipe because I love to eat Manchurian and It’s so demanding snack but I didn’t like to use maida in it…So always thinking of the other option and by experimenting ….I made Veg Manchurian with use of leftover rice and believe me nobody can differentiate it.
List of Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice,3 spoon corn flour, 2 cup Chopped vegetables (Carrot, Cabbage, Capsicum), 2 spoon soya sauce,1 spoon vinegar, 1 spoon black pepper powder, salt as per taste, 1 cup water, Oil.
Step by step preparation:
Cooking time – 40-45 minutes
For Manchurian balls:
1. In cooked rice mix all the ingredients (Chopped vegetables, Corn flour, Salt, Black pepper)…make a dough.
2. Grease your palm with oil and make ball of it.
3. Then deep fry the balls.
For Gravy:
4. Put oil in pan and the chopped vegies and saute for 3 min.
5. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, salt as per taste, black pepper powder.
6. Add water. When water boils…Dissolve 1 spoon corn flour in cold water and put it in Pan.
7. When the gravy got thick… Add the Manchurian balls in it…Ready to serve Hot Manchurian.
