Dish Name: Rice Manchurian and Fried Rice Combo
Brief Description: I have selected this recipe because I love to eat Manchurian and It’s so demanding snack but I didn’t like to use maida in it…So always thinking of the other option and by experimenting. I made Veg Manchurian and fried rice combo for Lunch or Dinner with use of leftover rice and believe me nobody can differentiate it.
List of Ingredients: 1 cup leftover rice, 3 spoon corn starch, 2 cup chopped vegetables (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green chilli), 3 spoon soya sauce, 2 spoon vinegar, 2 spoon tomato ketchup, 1 spoon black pepper powder, 1 cup water, salt as taste, as needed oil to fry.
Step by step preparation:
Cooking time – 50 minutes
1. In cooked rice mix all the ingredients (Chopped vegetables, Corn flour, Salt, Black pepper powder)…make a dough.
2. Grease your palm with oil and make ball of it.
3. Then deep fry the balls.
4. Put oil in pan and the chopped vegies and saute for 3 min.
5. Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt as per taste, black pepper powder.
6. Add water… When water boils…Dissolve 1 spoon corn flour in cold water and put it in Pan.
7. When the gravy got thick… Add the Manchurian balls in it.
For Fried Rice.
8. Put oil in pan and the chopped vegies one by one and saute.
9. Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt as per taste, black pepper powder.
10. Add left over Rice in this mixture and mix it well.
Now Leftover Rice Manchurian and Fried Rice Combo is ready to serve.
