Dish Name: Rice Kombadi Wada
Brief Description: In order to utilize the left over rice and to make something tastier and soft because of it.
List of Ingredients:
1) leftover rice
2) kombadi wade flour
3) wheat flour
4) ginger , garlic, pudina, corinder, green chilli
5) mahot water
6) rice bran oil
7) salt
Step by step preparation:
cooking time 13 minute 17 seconds
Step1: boil the water in gas
Step2 : In a pan take 1tsp salt, 2tsp green chutney, 1 bowl kombadi wade atta, 1 bowl wheat flour, 1 bowl hot water and 1 bowl left over rice
Step3 : Mix this mixture properly
Step4 : Put a pan on the gas with cooking oil in it on high flame
Step5: Make small balls of that mixture.
Step6: Flatten this balls on flat surface with plastic on it.
Step7: Put this wade in oil press it with a spoon and turn it immediately and after frying it from another side again turn it in order to make it fluffy.
