Dish Name: Rice Cutlets
Brief Description: Cutlets are very delicious and always counted in best snacks. It’s interesting that cutlets are made up with leftover rice. It is indeed an excellent way to finish leftover rice where it transforms a bowl of boring rice to something exciting snack. It can be easily served as it is without any extra condiments, but taste when served with a green chutney.
List of Ingredients: 1 cup Leftover Rice, 4-5 Boiled Potato,2 Spoon chopped Ginger,1 Green chilli, 50gm Mint Leaves, 2 Tomato, 3 spoon Corn starch, 4-5 Bread corners, 1 spoon Mustard seeds, ½ spoon Red chilli powder, ½ spoon Coriander Powder, ½ spoon turmeric powder, salt as taste, as needed oil to fry.
Step by step preparation:
Cooking time – 30-35 minutes
1. Take a jar and put in it mint leaves, tomato, ginger, red chilli and coriander powder…then grind it ….Green chatni is ready.
2. Now take a mixing bowl and put in leftover rice, corn starch, boiled potato, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Salt as taste.
3. Heat oil in small pan…then add mustard seeds in it and wait till they puff up …Now add chopped ginger and green chilli…then Mix it in mixing bowl mixture.
4. Now mix all items well… Now make soft dough.
5. Take a piece of dough and start making cutlets.
6. Dip cutlet in corn starch water and then rap all sides with Bread corner’s powder.
7. Then deep fry the cutlets.
