Dish Name: Rice Cutlet
Brief Description: Rice Cutlet is basically simple dish prepared by using residual rice in our home and very short time also little ingredients require to prepare it. In India,lot of wastage of food taken place every day so to prepare Rice Cutlet each and every ingredients should be in home and it is one of the best dish to eat anytime, anybody.
List of Ingredients:
1. One bowl residual rice,
2. Two boiled potatoes,
3. 7-8 garlic pieces
4.Half inch ginger,
5.1/4bowl of Mapco(Green pieces),
6.One bowl semolina(Granulated wheat) ,
7.1/4 bowl gram flour,
8.Two bowl oil,
9.Two green chillies(mirchi), coriander,
10.Half bowl rice flour,
11.Salt as your need.
Step by step preparation:
1.Initially, I smash residual rice, boiled mapcoes, boiled potatoes properly and make single mixture.
2.Now in that mixture, I mix Gram flour,rice flour and garlic, ginger, chillies(mirchi), coriander paste and mix salt as your need. And thresh all mixture properly.
3.Then by using this mixture I prepare well shaped cutlet so that it looks good and coated it with semolina from all sides.
4.Now these Rice Cutlet fry in boiled oil carefully for 3-4min. During this process keep gas flame medium so that Cutlet can not burn from bottom side.
5.Then to check well fry cutlet,remove cutlet outside from oil and press little using big hole spoon(zara), if you observe Cutlet is little bit hard then it is well fried Rice Cutlet we say.
6.In this way, this dish will be prepared within 10-120minutes using little residual ingredients and require less time also.
7.This Leftover Rice Cutlet dish will be eat with tea, swass, green chilli chatani as a breakfast.
