List of Ingredients: Rawa, half cup curd, choped onion coriander leaves and chille pinch of turmeric powder Salt and sugar as for taste
Step by step preparation: Keep a tawa to heat .On the other side mix rawa with curds and some water. Than add to it chopped onion coriander curry leaves chille and some sugar and salt to taste .Mix all well and make a thick batter which can be spread Spread the batter on hot tawa with hands to make roti after greasing the tawa than sprinkle some oil on roti and cover it. Similarly flip the roti and bake the other side also . Bake both sides each for one minute. Rawa roti is ready to serve .
