Dish Name: Protein Pizza
Brief Description: Recently we saw India ranked 172 out of 177 on the global hunger index but on the other side people are wasting a lot of food. The special thing about my dish ‘protein pizza’ is it is prepared through the use of left over food i.e. with the help of leftover chapatti and rice. As this pizza can be made without the use of oven this dish is economical and there is hardly someone who could dislike pizza. It took me 14 minutes to make this dish
List of Ingredients:
1 – leftover chapati
1 bowl – leftover rice
2 bowl _ rava
Half bowl _ curd
Half spoon – salt
Half spoon – baking powder
1 spoon – sugar
1 small- onion
1 small – Capsicum
1 small – tomato
Step by step preparation:
For preparing protein pizza first of all i took a bowl of left over rice mixed some water with it and then grinded it in the mixer. I then mixed with it 2 bowl of rava half bowl of curd and 1 bowl of water with half spoon salt, half spoon baking powder and 1 spoon sugar to prepare a batter and left it for 2-3 hours to ferment it. i then took left over chapati to rap it with the batter and then baked it to create a base for the pizza and then as toppings i put some tomato sauce, cheese onion , capsicum, sweet corn , some tomato and Chilli flake. Pizza seasoning, and oregano with it. i left it for 5 minutes and then served it…
