1. Guava (Peru) – 4 pcs
2. Sugar – ½ tbspoon
3. White salt according to taste
4. Black salt according to taste
5. Water – ½ glass
6. Red chili and salt mixture for garnishing
7. Mint leaves for garnishing
Step by step preparation:
1. Remove the pulp from guava and carefully retain the shell
2. Clean guava shell from outside and garnish it with red chilli-salt
3. Grind the pulp and add sugar, white salt, black salt and add water
4. Strain the juice to separate solid
5. Add the juice to guava shell and add toothpick with mint leaves
