Dish Name: Paneer Pasta
Brief Description: Because it is healthy corona fighter and easy to make and nutritious.
List of Ingredients:
1) 1 cup macaroni pasta
2) water
3) capsicum, carrot, tomato, onion , 2 lemon
4) cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala
5) home made panner
6) rice bran oil
7) green chutney
Step by step preparation:
Cooking time 15 minutes
Step1: Take 5 glass water in a vessel and allow it to boil.
Step2: To the boiling water add 1 glass macaroni 1tsp salt and continue cooking till 5 minutes approximately
Step3 : Once cooked empty the content into a strainer and drain the hot water.
Step4 : Heat rice bran oil 2tsp in a vessel.
Step5: Add 1 onion, carrot, capcicum, 2 tomatoes
Step6: Add ½ tsp green chutney, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ turmeric powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, one pinch salt and squeezed lemon.
Step7: Add home made panner
Step8: Mix it properly and cover it with a lid for 5 mins
Step9: Serve your panner pasta
Note – In order to make panner in a 1 littre boiled buffalo milk add squeeze one lemon in it and strain it.
