Dish Name: Moong ki kooki
Brief Description: It is easy is to make and can be made leftover things.
List of Ingredients:
1. One bowl of leftover moong.
2. One medium onion.
3. Two green chilly.
4. Half bowl chopped coriander.
5. Two and half cup wheat flour.
6. One-third tsp salt.
7. Half tsp haldi, two tsp red chilly powder, dry coriander powder.
8. Nine tsp oil.
Step by step preparation:
One chopped onion mixed with salt and kept for half an hour. Two green chilly and half bowl coriandor fine chopped. Half tsp haldi and two tsp red chilly powder. Two and half cup wheat flour and moong all are mixed together and dough are ready. Make thik chpati of this dough and roasted on tawa with medium flame.
