Dish Name: Moog Sehezwan Fried Rice
Brief Description: Because it is healthy corona fighter and easy to make and nutritious.
List of Ingredients:
1) 1 bowl moog
2) 1 bowl tukda basmati rice
3) beetroot, carrot, green chilli, capsicum, cabbage
4) black pepper, lavang, dalchini, ginger
5) coriander, pudina, kadipata
6) sehezwan fried rice masala
7) rice bran oil
8) 2 bowl water
9) salt
Step by step preparation:
Cooking time 15 minutes
Step1: Shred all vegetables
Step2: wash rice properly and soak it in water
Step3 : smash black pepper, lavang, dalchini, ginger, green chilli, kadipata in a container
Step4 : Put the pressure cooker on gas and put two big spoon rice bran half and one pinch of salt, add half of each vegetables and add the masala that we have smashed and stir it properly.
Step5: Add sehezwan fried rice masala, add 1 bowl rice, add 1 bowl moog and 2 bowl water
Step6: Stir it again and close the lid of the pressure cooker.
Step7: After 3 whistle of the pressure cooker turn of the gas.
Step8: After 5 minutes remove your rice from the cooker and garnish it with remaining vegetables and add just a pinch of salt.
Step9: With the remaining vegetables make cuchumber and serve.
Note:- After every whistle of the pressure cooker hit the whistle with hand.
