Dish Name: Masala Rice
Brief Description: Masala Rice can be eaten as a breakfast recipe made out of Rice leftover at home. it takes only few minutes
List of Ingredients:
1.Left over Rice
2.chopped onion
3.coriander leaves and a pinch of turmeric powder
4.masala powder as per taste
5.Salt and sugar as for taste
Step by step preparation: Keep a pan put oil. Fry zeera mustard seeds a pinch of turmeric powder and than add onion and fry golden than add Leftover Rice mixed with masala powder salt and sugar .Mix all than add coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes. Masala Rice is ready to serve.
