Dish Name: Leftover Rice Idli
Brief Description: Idlis from leftover rice can be eaten as a breakfast recipe when there is no time even in morning. Just because you have leftover rice it can grinded and mixed with rawa and baked. It can be eaten with chutney sambar or even sauce . it takes only few minutes.
List of Ingredients: Leftover rice grinded to paste , rawa with equal portion and half a cup of curds .If needed can add some baking soda .(opt), Salt and sugar as for taste.
Step by step preparation: Grind the leftover rice into paste add to it rawa and mix with curds. Than add some salt and sugar to the batter and keep aside for 5mins. Than boil water in cooker pan ,grease the idli stand with oil and pour the batter to idli mould. Than place it in cooker and cover the lid. After 5 mins idlis are ready Cool down and remove from mould. Idlis are ready to eat with sauce or chutney and sambar
