Dish Name: Leftover Juiced Carrot Pulp Gajar Ka Halwa
Brief Description: Did you know you can make all kinds of tasty treats from the pulp leftover after juicing. I used the carrot pulp to make Gajar Halwa. This dessert is very healthy and delicious. In winters it like most In India. Gajar Halwa carries many vitamins, calcium, proteins and Fibres. This is the double use of carrot pulp rather than throw it out.
List of Ingredients: 1 cup juiced carrot pulp, ½ cup milk, 3 spoon sugar, 2 Cardamom, Roasted dry-fruit.
Step by step preparation:
Cooking time- 15-20 minutes
1. Put ghee in heated pan on high flame.
2. Add juiced carrot pulp in ghee …Saute ghee and carrot for 5 minutes.
3. After dry, Put milk and mixed it.
4. Now add sugar.
5. Then add cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits in it. Delicious Leftover juiced carrot pulp Gajar halwa is ready to serve and garnish some dry- fruits on it.
