Dish Name: Idli – Dosa – Chutney – Sambar
Brief Description: Using one batter you can make idli or dosa with chutney and sambar. I choose this dish because it includes dals and also fresh and boiled ingredients in dish which is around nutritious.
List of Ingredients:
1. Batter – 3:1Rice and Urad dal with 1 spoon methi and half cup poha soaked
2. Chutney – some fresh coconut chille coriander roasted gram dal garlic ginger salt and sugar
3. Sambar – toor dal tomatoes Sambar masala powder
Step by step preparation:
1. Grind for batter separately rice urad dal after soaked for 6 hours and poha with methi dana after soaked for 30 mins ..mix all well and keep for fermentation for 10 hours
2. For chutney grind all fresh coconut chille coriander ginger garlic sugar and to taste For tadka add oil mustard and 2 red chille
3. For sambar boli toor dal with tomatoes and termeric powder than in a pan add oil zeera mustard garlic ginger masala powder and fry than add boiled dal and salt jaggrry and tamarind water and boil.
