Dish Name: Hara-Bhara Kabab
Brief Description: It is a snack which can be enjoyed along with tea or can be served as a starter in parties. I am preparing it with leftover Palak Paneer ka saag.
List of Ingredients: Leftover Palak paneer (1 bowl), Bread crumbs (1 bowl), Groundnut powder (1 bowl), Oil for shallow frying (2 tablespoon), Grated Ginger (1 teaspoon), Curry leaves (7-8), Chopped Green Chillies (2 teaspoon), Cashew halves for garnishing and Salt to taste.
Preparation and cooking time: 6-7 minutes
Step by step preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except oil and knead a soft dough.
2. Make small patties and attach one cashew half on top of each pattie by pressing gently.
3. Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa.
4. Once the tawa is hot, place patties on it and apply oil to their sides and let them cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
5. Once the patties turn golden brown from the underside, flip them and cook them equally on the other side for 2minutes. Serve hot.
