List of Ingredients:
2 spoon ghee, 2 cardamom, ½ cup Beet juice, 1 cup Grated carrot, ½ cup Milk, 2 spoon Jaggery Powder,1 Chopped dried date,2 spoon Roasted dry fruits.
Step by step preparation:
1. Put ghee in heated pan on high flame.
2. Add grated carrot in ghee …Cook ghee and carrot for 5 minutes.
3. After dry, Put chopped dry date and mixed it.
4. Put milk and mixed it, after mixed add beet juice.
5. Now add jaggery powder or brown sugar.
6. Then add cardamom powder or roasted dry fruits in it.
Delicious Gajar halwa is ready to serve and garnish some dry- fruits on it.
