Dish Name: Cornetto Pakoda
Brief Description: Recipe with left over food a delicious dish- Cornetto Pakoda. I have tried the recipe to avoid wastage of food and a delicious dish can prepared with our left over food, this can reduce cost in our food habits. The dish is healthy and delicious prepared at home the dish does not includes any special ingredients. Healthy Cornetto Pakoda can enjoyed as evening snacks with tomato sauce and tea or coffee.
List of Ingredients:
2 leftover _ chapati
2 cup _ oil
3 spoon _ besan
1 _ onion
1 _ capsicum
1 _ potato
1 _ bowl paneer
1 _ salt
1/4 spoon _ jeera
1/4 spoon _ aijwain
Step by step preparation:
Time duration around 18 minutes.
Prepare Stuffing:
Chop vegetables into very small pieces and put all the vegetables into the fry pan and fry the vegetables with one spoon of mustered oil along with cumin, green chile, coriander, onion, ajwain, salt, and paneer. The stuffing is ready with one minute saute.
Prepare Better:
Put one fourth spoon of salt in besan to prepare ( better) along with one fourth spoon of black paper powder and one cup of water. Mix it well.
Final preparation:
To make the chapati in cone shape just cut the staled chapatti into two half pieces and than stick it from the sides with wheat flour. Than stuff the prepared vegetable in to the chapati to make it more delicious and healthy. I put meshed potatoes on the upper layer of the Cornetto Pakoda. Now after dip your coned chapati with full of stuffing into the besan better and fry it. Cornetto Pakoda is ready.
Served the Cornetto Pakoda with tomato sauce.
