Dish Name: Churma Laddoo
Brief Description: This is a sweet dish and the ingredients used consist of calcium, iron, protein, carbohydrates and even healthy fats. This dish can be served at any time of the day in any meal snack, lunch or dinner. This dish can be served to people of all age from children to old.
List of Ingredients:
1. Bakhri (thick roti) 3pcs
2. Jaggery (good) 3/4th bowl
3. Ghee 6 tbspn
4. Nutmeg (jaifal) 1/4th tea spoon
5. Khas Khas for garnishing
6. Cashew 5-6 pcs
7. Ilaichi powder 2pcs crushed
Step by step preparation:
1. Grind leftover bakhri
2. Put ghee in hot pan and add jaggery and melt it
3. Put metled ghee-jaggery mixture to crushed bakhri
4. Add ilaichi powder and jaifal powder
5. Mix well and form laddoo
6. Add khas khas and cashew for garnishing
