Dish Name: Chili Idli
Brief Description: This is a healthy snack with a combination of rice and udad daal, it gives calcium, protein, complex carbohydrates, fibre. This breakfast is famous not only in India but also in foreign countries
List of Ingredients:
1. Leftover mini idli – 16pcs
2. Oil – 2 tb spoon
3. Onion chopped – 1
4. Capsicum chopped – 1
5. Jinger chilli paste – ½ tbspoon
6. Garlic chopped – 1 tb spoon
7. Tomato ketchup – 2 tb spoon
8. Schezwan sauce Soya sauce – 2 tb spoon
9. Corn flour with water
10. Salt according to taste
Step by step preparation:
1. Cut each idli in 4 pieces
2. Shallow fry all the pieces
3. Take other pan, and add oil, add onion and fry it
4. Add garlic, jinger-chilli paste and capsicum
5. Add tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce, soya sauce.
6. Add fried idli pieces
7. Add corn flour water mixture
8. Add salt according to taste
9. Mix well
