His illustrious career has spanned ITC Hotels, Oberoi, and Radisson, as well as representation of Indian cuisine on international platforms across Hong Kong, Japan, Zurich, Canada (Montreal), the Middle East, and Singapore. Through innovative concepts like India on My Plate, he has redefined Indian dining for modern audiences. His contributions have earned him the Gurugram Achievers Award 2019, the Times Food and Nightlife Award 2019, and recognition as a finalist for “Chef of the Year” and “Outstanding Chef” by esteemed industry bodies.
A true ambassador of Indian cuisine, Chef Inder has been featured in top Indian newspapers and magazines, as well as internationally in Chatelaine (France, 1998), where he was celebrated as the face of Indian cuisine abroad. On television, he became a household name through shows like Khana Khazana and The Great Chefs of India, where his charisma and culinary expertise captivated viewers.
Chef Inder Dev has been a significant contributor to the empowerment of visually impaired chefs in India. His efforts, including organizing cooking competitions and mentoring aspiring chefs, have played a vital role in promoting inclusivity in the culinary world.
