Dish Name: Bhakhri
Brief Description: This is an all in one meal that has all the components ie dal, rice, roti, vegetables but all in one dish. Since all the lunch components are present so it contains all vitamins and minerals and micronutrients of complete lunch. Instead of eating the entire lunch, one can eat only this dish to change the taste.
List of Ingredients:
1. Leftover rice – ½ bowl
2. Leftover dal – ½ bowl
3. Potato chopped – 1
4. Wheat flour – 8-9 tbspoon
5. Chana flour – 2-3tbspoon
6. Red Chilli podwer – ½ tbspoon
7. Jinger-chilli paste – ½ tbspoon
8. Peanuts grinded – 1 tbspoon
9. Oil – 1 big spoon
10. Salt according to taste
Step by step preparation:
1. Add all the ingredients to a big mixing bowl
2. Make a dough of the mixture
3. Make small balls of the dough and make bhakhri shape by hand
4. Roast the bhakhri on low flame
5. Add ghee on the roasted bhakhri and serve
