Brief Description: Beetroot halwa is very easy to make and delicious to eat. It can be eaten anytime as desert. It is made of very few ingredients and rich in nutrition. It takes only few minutes.
List of Ingredients:
1. Grated beetroot 2 big ,
2. some cashew nuts,
3. 2 cups sugar, some ilachi
4. 2 tablespoon ghee ,half cup milk
Step by step preparation:
Fry the beetroot in a pan without anything in high flame so that moisture is died than add ghee stir well so that it is nicely mixed. Than add ilachi, cashews and roast. Add milk and let it bake in milk. Than add sugar and mix well and bake for 5min in high flame. Beetroot halwa is ready to serve.
