Dish Name: Aloo Tikki
Brief Description: Aloo Tikki can be eaten as a breakfast or a tea time snacks recipe made out of Rawa mixed with boiled aloo at home. it takes only few minutes.
List of Ingredients:
1. Boiled aloo smashed, choped onion and a pinch of turmuric powder masala powder and red chille powder as per taste
2. Salt and sugar as for taste and some to shallow fry and some cumin seeds
Step by step preparation:
Smash the boiled patato than add raea to it 2 spoons. Mix well. Add chopped onion zeera salt red chille powder masala powder and some sugar. Mix all to form tikkis and shallow fry on tawa with little oil. This can also be baked in appam pan. Now the aloo tikkis is ready to serve.
